Who is responsible

The data controller is the publisher named on the legal notice page, at the address given there. Monaco has its own data protection law — loi n° 1.565 of 3 December 2024 — and its own supervisory authority, the Autorité de Protection des Données Personnelles. Where you write to us from the European Union, the European regulation applies in addition.

What we collect, and why

Only what you write to us: your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about the event. We use it to answer you and to organise what you ask us to organise. There is nothing else — no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no profiling, and no third party receiving your details.

On what basis

Because you asked us something and we are answering. If we end up working together, the same details serve the contract between us.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation is open, and for the time afterwards that our accounting and legal obligations require. If a conversation goes nowhere, we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask for a copy, or object to our holding it at all. Write to the address on the legal notice page and we will do it. You can also complain to the Monegasque authority, or to the authority of the country you live in.

Cookies

This site sets none. It loads nothing from any other domain — no fonts from a content network, no embedded maps, no video players, no social widgets, no measurement of any kind. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything. If that ever changes, this page changes first and you will be asked before anything is set.

Where the site is hosted

The hosting provider is named on the legal notice page. When the contact form goes live, the provider that receives what you send will process it inside the European Union under a written agreement, and will be named here.
