Step by step
What happens after you get in touch.
Tell us about the occasion, your preferred dates, and the approximate number of guests.
We’ll respond within 24 hours, usually with a few questions to better understand your plans and expectations.
We’ll arrange a call or continue the conversation by message, whichever is most convenient for you. This allows us to understand exactly what’s required and whether we can deliver it to the standard you deserve.
You’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining the concept, logistics, services, responsibilities, and costs. Nothing proceeds until everything is clear and approved by you.

- The permits required in the Principality, applied for well in advance.
- Choosing the suppliers, agreeing their prices and making sure they arrive on time.
- The running order, and the day itself.
- Deliveries and timings, from the first van in the morning to the last car at night.
On the ground
Why you need someone based here.
Monaco works differently.
An event here depends on factors that aren’t visible from the outside: local regulations, permit requirements, access restrictions, established supplier relationships, and venue availability that can disappear months ahead of time.
Most of this isn’t written down anywhere. We know it because we live here, work here, and deal with it every day. That’s the advantage of having someone on the ground.
Discretion
Your event stays private.
Confidentiality is fundamental to the way we work.
We do not name clients, venues, or partners on our website, and we apply the same principle to every event we deliver. No photographs are used to promote future projects, no guest information is shared, and no details leave our hands.
Discretion is not something that begins after a contract is signed. It starts with the very first conversation.
Our scope
What we don’t do.
Our role is to design and manage exceptional events in Monaco. To do that well, there are a few things we deliberately don’t do.
- We don’t sell tickets, hospitality packages, or event access.
- We don’t broker yacht charters, although we can organise and coordinate events on board.
- We don’t provide venue directories or generic recommendations. Every suggestion is tailored to your requirements.
- We don’t publish fixed prices. Every event is individually planned, costed, and presented in a written proposal.
This allows us to focus on what we do best: creating well-planned, discreet, and memorable events in Monaco.
The proposal
From first message to written proposal.
Getting started is simple.
Tell us the occasion, your preferred dates, and approximately how many guests you expect. That’s enough for us to begin.
There’s no need to have every detail finalised, and there’s no need to commit to a budget before we’ve spoken. A brief conversation is usually the quickest way to establish what’s realistic and what’s possible.
You’ll then receive a written proposal with a single, clearly defined fee covering the event as a whole. The planning, creative input, and event design are all included as part of the service.
There is no charge for the proposal, and no charge for the conversation that leads to it.
