How it works
- Before looking at venues, we ask what the evening needs to achieve. A product launch and a thank-you dinner look nothing alike, even in the same room.
- We put together a plan covering the room, the running order, who speaks and when, what’s served and how long it takes. You see all of it before anything is booked.
- We manage the suppliers, the permits and the timing. You have one person to call and one invoice to pay.
- On the day, we’re on site from the first delivery until the last car leaves.
Companies judge an event by whether it did its job, and by whether anyone had to worry about it while it was happening.
We work with marketing and client-relations teams, and with people at private banks and maisons who are asked to deliver an event with very little time to prepare it. Most of our work happens behind the scenes. What you see on the night is a room that works.
