How it goes
- We start from what the evening has to achieve, not from a venue. A launch and a thank-you dinner look nothing alike, even in the same room.
- We put a shape to it — the room, the order of the evening, who speaks and when, what people eat and how long it takes — and you see it before anything is booked.
- We hold the suppliers, the permissions and the timing. You get one person to call, and one invoice to read.
- On the day we are there from the first delivery to the last car.
Companies do not remember the room. They remember whether the evening did what it was supposed to do — and whether anyone had to worry about it while it was happening.
We work with marketing teams, client relations teams, and the people inside private banks and maisons who are asked to produce something and given no time to produce it. Most of what we do is invisible by design: the part you see is a room that works.
If you are an agency rather than the client, we work with you as a local partner and we do not contact your client.
