How it goes
- You tell us the occasion, and who it is for. A fortieth birthday and an engagement do not start from the same place, even with the same guest list.
- We propose a shape — the kind of setting, the hour, the table, what happens when — and you see it written before anything is booked.
- We book, contract and coordinate; the permissions, the neighbours and the timings you should never have to think about are our business.
- On the evening, someone from us is there before the first supplier and after the last guest.
The settings we work with are the ones this coast does best: a private villa above the water, a terrace over the harbour, a long table where the road ends. We will name them to you — not to the internet.
Tell us what the evening is for, and we will tell you what it needs. Sometimes that is less than people expect: the right thirty guests ask for less than the wrong three hundred.
