How it works
- Every evening starts with a table and a reason, such as a dinner, a tasting or the start of the season. The reason gives everyone something to talk about.
- The guest list is put together for that evening, with professions, languages and interests that sit well together. It’s the work of a good host, done fresh each time.
- Invitations are sent personally. There’s no application form and no profile, and nothing about you is shared with the other guests.
- On the night, the hosts know everyone in the room.
