How it goes
- Every evening starts from a table and a reason — a dinner, a tasting, the opening of a season. The reason gives the room something to talk about.
- The guest list is composed for that evening: professions, languages and interests that sit well together. It is hosting work, done afresh each time.
- Invitations go out personally. There is no application form, no profile, and nothing about you is shared with the other guests.
- On the night, the hosting is done by people who know every name in the room.
