How it works
- You tell us the occasion and how many people will be at the table. A dinner for eight and a gala for eighty are very different jobs. We do both, and never in the same way.
- We suggest the setting, the outline of the menu and who will cook. You choose.
- We set the table, brief the staff, time the courses and stay throughout the evening.
- You get one bill, and the evening is yours to enjoy.
Good food is where it starts. A dinner people remember also depends on the room, the pace of the evening and nobody having to check the time. We plan dinners for two, for groups of friends, and for companies that need the evening to say something, including gala dinners, and networking dinners where the guest list is the whole point.
